AS A TEAM OF 4

Complete the following:

1000 meter row
2 Rope Climbs
30 Burpees
40 Wall Ball Shots (20#/14#)
50 Deadlifts (145#/95#) (95#/65#)
60 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)

Team Member 1 starts with the rower, and moves on as he/she finishes each station.  As TM1 finishes the rower and moves to the rope, TM2 starts the rower. As each team member progresses through the movements, the team members behind advance.  No one can advance beyond a team member in front of him/her, nor can they do the same work as someone in front of him/her. The clock for the Team stops when the last member finishes the last rep of the kettle bell swings.
